The manufacture of Plastic Extrusions / Profiles and Injection Mouldings.

We can produce extrusions, from most of the modern thermoplastic materials, including: -
Nylon, PVC.u, Flexible PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Cellulose Acetate, Thermoplastic Elastomer, Cellular foamed extrusion compounds, Silicone Rubber, ABS, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, PET and many others. 

We are able to design and manufacture profiles bespoke to your application, or alternatively, possess many dies which may well provide a profile perfect for your needs.

Some Basic Shapes - Made to order

Include; Angles, ‘ U ‘ Channels, Cable Trunking and Conduit. Tubing of many different diameters and wall thickness. Flat strip and others too many to mention.  For some examples, please browse our catalogue.

Ex-Stock products

Design Service (CAD)

A fully integrated CAD Design system is installed to offer our clients the ability to electronically exchange drawings of the products they wish us to manufacture. Should a customer not be able to use CAD then drawings are exchanged by fax – post.

We assist (if requested) in all stages of the design process, from concept to final production.
